VEGAN MEXICAN POWER BOWL

1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup cooked and cooled lentils
1 tbsp sliced green onion
1/4 cup red and green pepper
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
HOW TO WHIP IT UP:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! Add a tbsp of homemade salad dressing for a fresh taste. ENJOY!
