The exercise tutorials in your program are informational and insightful, well founded in correct form and easy to follow. I found the intensity of the HIIT to be great, but also a challenge for me as I am a traditional lifter and not used to the pace and reps per set. It made me sore in places I didn’t known had muscles, or maybe they are new muscles?!

Ryall’s home fitness program came at the right time as the country I live in is currently on lockdown due to the Coronavirus. With movement being restricted to the confines of our home, my husband and I became concerned that we wouldn’t be able to keep up an exercise regime during the prolonged lockdown period. The comprehensive ebook is easy to read, with a daily set program which graduates in intensity over the six week period.  Each exercise is illustrated, so it’s easy for beginners to follow along.  The daily targeted routines can be adjusted in intensity so you can get the most out of each work out.  All you require are dumbbells, resistant bands and a willingness to sweat!
