I’m super positive, fun and practical with a focus on teaching vs instructing to ensure you achieve desired results that last a lifetime. Whether your goal is to get off the couch or to step on stage I’ll help you crush your goals while optimizing your health and your life. We will accomplish this by working very closely together to create your step-by-step healthy lifestyle plan of action. I’ll share my best insights and strategies with you to help you create a solid foundation of healthy daily habits and we’ll build upon this foundation week by week to strengthen your relationship with yourself and with food, help you develop a winning mindset and help you win in life everyday. You will be empowered by the tools I provide you with and you’ll say goodbye to fad diets forever. You’ll learn how to live a healthy lifestyle and apply my performance strategies and tactics to help you thrive in all areas of your life.
Your training programs will showcase my specific workouts that I’ve designed over the past 15 years and used myself to get in TOP competition shape. I’ll create a doable but challenging exercise schedule and training program with workouts that are completely customized to YOU and your individualized fitness level and goals. I have helped over a thousand people, from professional athletes to new moms, and all of them have achieved results. Programs can be custom designed for your gym or your home.
Your nutrition plan and supplement schedule are also custom-designed with your specific food requirements to achieve your goals. Your meal plan will consider your food intolerances, promote hormone balance and support your metabolism. Your meal plan also includes eating times timed around your daily schedule so you know exactly what to eat, when to eat and what food substitutions are suitable. You will be provided with simple recipes and daily tips and motivation between your weekly check-in’s and our calls.
Your programs are completed by me personally and you will work directly 1X1 with me to ensure you receive the attention you require to achieve results. You can expect very comprehensive programming and support. My1X1 Coaching is limited to 12 clients maximum/month globally.
Your journey will be a marathon, not a sprint; especially when you’re changing your lifestyle. A healthy fitness journey takes time and you have to be prepared to make a huge commitment to achieve your goal. I will be there 100% supporting you and will provide you with all the tools you need to crush your goals but it’s going to take work as there are no shortcuts when it comes to achieving long-term results.
